I think limp bacon is a crime and should be punishable by torture (eating limp bacon and cold eggs for breakfast everyday for the rest of one’s life sounds fit ).

Oooh, now your talking, a gammon joint.

Seriously I can destroy a 1.5-2 kilo gammon joint in no time.

I boil it for half an hour or so, then bake it in the oven on a low heat basted in honey for two hours. It’s so good.

Definitely hate going do B’ham. Never went to Northampton. I could investigate all local pubs, but at some point I’ll make a proper brazilian barbecue at home.
